ARAM INDUSTRY’s core business areas include DTP (Digital Textile Printing), computerized embroidery, quilting, punching, in-house fabrics, and Fabric Hub (fabric sourcing & logistics).
With a systematic structure of 10 specialized departments, ARAM is operated by a young, trend-sensitive team, which is a key strength in leading market trends.

Thanks to this efficient system, ARAM INDUSTRY works with over 100 clients in Dongdaemun General Market, the largest fabric market in Korea, and also supplies to various domestic brands and international buyers.
With a dedicated R&D Center and talented young professionals, ARAM can flexibly handle design development, revisions, proposals, and customized fabric sourcing according to buyers’ needs.

1. DTP (Digital Textile Printing)
ARAM INDUSTRY operates five EPSON ML-8000 machines, positioning itself as one of the largest DTP ink consumers globally. Recognized as an EPSON DTF VIP, ARAM uses OEKO-TEX® certified, eco-friendly inks that are safe for human use, adding to its market competitiveness.
With an in-house DTP R&D Center, ARAM provides strong capabilities for design development and diverse custom design requests, along with high production capacity.

2. Computerized Embroidery
ARAM owns 14 embroidery machines plus 1 sample machine, making it one of the largest machine capacities in Korea. The company maintains high daily production capacity while using OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certified Marathon threads.
Embroidery can be applied to fur, leather, and various fabrics, offering wide product diversity. Additionally, with a professional punching team and R&D Center, ARAM can handle design development and customized requests effectively.

3. Quilting
To address durability issues with batting and fabrics often found in quilting, ARAM has developed and patented technology to enhance durability, demonstrating its high level of technical expertise.
Like embroidery, quilting processes use OEKO-TEX® certified Marathon threads and can be applied to a wide range of fabrics. With a dedicated punching team and R&D Center, ARAM provides strong design development capabilities and customization services.

4. In-House Fabrics
Since 2023, ARAM has been expanding its own fabric line, starting with more than 10 varieties of cotton fabrics, with ongoing development to diversify its fabric offerings. As a result, demand for ARAM’s in-house fabrics continues to grow.

5. Fabric Hub (Fabric Sourcing & Logistics)
Located in Dongdaemun General Market, Korea’s largest fabric hub, ARAM’s Fabric Hub enables quick sourcing of a wide variety of domestic fabrics. Even if a buyer requests fabrics not currently in stock, ARAM can rapidly source and supply them through its network.

6. R&D Center
Unlike many factories, ARAM INDUSTRY operates its own R&D Center, including a DTP design team, embroidery design team, marketing team, and administrative team.
This enables ARAM to develop new designs in-house, quickly respond to client requests for new or revised products, and stay ahead of market trends.
The in-house marketing team also allows for independent marketing activities and even marketing support for clients during 3PL operations.

7. Systematic Structure & Young Workforce
ARAM INDUSTRY consists of 10 departments, including Production (DTP & Embroidery), Design (DTP & Embroidery), Sales, Marketing, Management, Accounting, HR, Planning, and Logistics.

8. Eco-Friendly Certifications
OEKO-TEX®: ARAM uses OEKO-TEX® certified embroidery threads and DTP inks to ensure safety and sustainability.

Zero Wastewater / Reduction: Computerized embroidery, quilting, and punching processes generate no wastewater, and DTP produces significantly less wastewater than traditional screen printing.

Water Circulation System: ARAM has developed and patented a water circulation system for its DTP equipment to further reduce wastewater, supporting greater sustainability.
